Fluff Ice is a Taiwanese shaved ice. Currently available via food truck, their schedule or events they will be at are on Instagram. Desserts can be ordered in a mini, regular, or large cup. There are pre-set signature combinations such as mango madness: mango Fluff with fresh mango and mango jelly with condensed milk. You can also build your own Fluff: choose your cup size, Fluff flavor, 2 toppings, and syrup. Fluff flavors include: original (milk), mango strawberry, Thai tea, chocolate, coffee, green tea, taro, honeydew, peach. Toppings include: mango, strawberries, mochi, red bean, lychee jelly, mango jelly, egg pudding, gummy bears, Oreos, chocolate chips, graham crackers, sprinkles. Syrup choices include: classic condensed milk, chocolate syrup and caramel syrup. As I write this, each cup is between $6-11, I think.

Fluff Ice truck in Las Vegas

We loved Fluff Ice enough to have it at our wedding reception. Aside from the truck, they offer table top service in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. For Orange County, specifically in San Juan Capistrano there was an extra mileage fee. For our mini wedding we decided on the #100 cup count, which was the smallest count available. Service is in a 2 hour block. Tabletop menu consisted of up to 6 Fluff flavors, 6 toppings, and all syrups. We choose: original, mango, Thai tea, honeydew, and strawberry. Toppings: mango, strawberry, lychee jelly, mochi, red bean, and baby gummy bears.

Fluff Ice use to have physical stores in Irvine, Monrovia, Alhambra, Costa Mesa, but all locations are closed years ago. There was a physical branch location in Las Vegas, Nevada, but I think that place is also closed too. So sad. I believe the owner of the Las Vegas location is trying to get it up and running again. Las Vegas Fluff Ice GoFundMe link here. We stopped by when it was still open and we were in the area, that was back in 2022.

We love Fluff Ice so much and want to share it with everyone we know. I’m not sponsored or anything. Shout out to Nick and the Fluff Ice crew! I’ve linked the Instagram page and also website.

  1. […] We went on Saturday 05/09/2026, it was a simple city fair. We went because of Fluff Ice and fair rides. We have a love for Fluff Ice and what better way than Joe getting his rides fix while having Fluff Ice. I believe this is an annual city fair. This year it was a celebration of Cinco de Mayo included. The fair ran from 05/07- 05/10, I think. Small local booths selling trinkets, food trucks, services, etc. I joined in a mini meditation energy cleansing. I found it relaxing and felt more at peace after it. At another booth I got myself a filler ring. Aside from hitting up Fluff Ice truck 3 times we also had some onigiri (triangle rice balls). It was good to see people enjoying themselves.
